Kitchen prep
- Roughly chop the tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeños into pieces small enough to fit inside the Drawstring Vegetable Cutter.
- Place the chopped red onion and jalapeños into the container of the cutter. Secure the lid and pull the easy-grip drawstring handle 3-5 times until they are finely minced.
- Add the roughly chopped tomatoes and cilantro to the cutter with the onion and jalapeño. Pull the drawstring 2-3 more times to achieve a chunky, rustic salsa consistency.
Instructions
- Transfer the chopped ingredients from the Drawstring Vegetable Cutter into a small mixing bowl.
- Pour the fresh lime juice over the salsa and sprinkle with salt.
- Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Enjoy!
